Happy Halloween from the nerds

I can't help myself when it comes to dressing Ella and Parker the same for Halloween.  As long as Ella stays away from girlie costumes I will probably keep doing it.

Doing something brave!  (the most tame and gentle horse they could've ridden.  They still acted scared)

Parker wanted so much for Ella to play CAR with him  Doesn't she look absolutely thrilled?  But look how happy she made her little brother.

Summertime art practice

Our one and only attempt at camping this summer.  It was at Grandma Benson's house.  I ended up inside on the couch.

We went to part of our ward campout.  They busted out what I remember being the best part of elementary school PE class!

Dad had a birthday.  Lots and lots and lots of candles for him this year.

Lagoon

We only go to Lagoon once a year, but it's the best day to go!  No lines!  This year we went with Nat & Scott and Jeff & Michelle.

Ella is awesome and does all the big kid rides and she does them over and over.  This year she added the Spider, the Samurai and the Cannibal.  I think she has done them all now.

The Cannibal was for real, the best ride at Lagoon.  I hate trying new rollercoasters but it did not disappoint.  Poor Ella was scared sick standing in line.  It was our first ride and she wanted to put it off.

 Parker loved the little rides and this year he had Zoey to ride with him.  After we took him on the Tidal Wave, he got super mad and refused any more rides, even the little ones.

Goodbye Big Red

Tomorrow we are winterizing the boat.  That's always a bummer.  So here are some final pictures to help us remember summer :)
