Spring Break Easter!
Easter. My favorite day of the year. We kicked the holiday off early with an Easter egg hunt at Lee's. I get mom of the year for only having one Easter basket in the house. Poor Parker had to carry around his Halloween basket all weekend! Then we partied at the Bensons the rest Saturday. We had lunch, volleyball, an easter egg hunt and s'mores.
Parker had an accident while jumping off the porch and hurt his foot pretty badly. This was the result. He was bummed out for the egg hunt so Grandma Benson took him around.
Sunday morning the kids found the Easter bunny had left a huge mess. At least that is what Parker was concerned about.
We watched some General Conference and then headed to the Alley's for lunch.
My mom loves to quilt. She has made so many and is so talented. She loves giving them to family, people in need, people that have lost a loved one, or anyone else she thinks would feel comfort in one of her quilts. She gave this beautiful quilt to me on Easter. I knew it was coming; I chose the colors and helped her pick a pattern. But I was still surprised to see it all finished. I have it on my bed already. I love that my mom shares her talent with us. All the quilts I treasure in our home have come from her. (Ok, I have made a couple. But most are from her!)
Grandma has a collection of dress ups for the granddaughters- and ONE boy dress up. Its a race car driver outfit and he LOVES it.

Spring Break The Dinsosaur Park
Tuesday of Spring Break we went to the Dinosaur Park in Ogden. Ella has been before but this was Parkers first time. He was kind of leery at first when we got around the big displays. It was a super nice day and so much fun.
