i heart dance

Ella has been working so hard this year in dance.  4 hours a week for the last 7 months.  She has blossomed into such a wondeful dancer.  She loves dancing.  And I love seeing her do what she loves.

She had her first dance competition this weekend.  Ella was so nervous!!  Her group is called the Minis.  They performed 2 dances; hip hop (wild one) and lyrical (twinkle little star).  They did awesome!

1st day of nursery

Nursery was a HUGE success.  I spent the day with him in class and Parker loved it.  At times he looked confused as to what was going on when they switched one activity to the next.  He loved singing time, folded his arms during prayers, LOVED coloring, had a blast with bubbles, and found anything with wheels to play with during play time.  And snack time...he looked so big sitting in a chair, drinking from a cup, and eating his treats.  He is growing up!!

Ella's latest school program.  She did her part perfectly and sang all the songs perfectly.  The boy there in the front looking down, that is Mike- her boyfriend :)

Her hat got knocked off during this song and she kept on going- but looked rather embarassed.  Her friend Tyler next to her kept trying not to laugh.
